Terms of Use

Last updated: 16 April 2026. These Terms apply to your use of our public website at https://digiverse.ie (the "Site").

1. Agreement to these Terms

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. We may update these Terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

2. Who we are

The Site is operated by DigiVerse and its affiliates (together, "DigiVerse", "we", "us", or "our"). The Site is intended to provide general information about our company, products, services, and programmes. It does not create a business or professional relationship unless we separately agree that in writing.

3. Permitted use

You may browse the Site and use features we make available (for example, contact or enquiry forms) for lawful purposes and in line with these Terms. You must not use the Site in any way that could harm us, other users, or third parties, or that could overload, disrupt, or impair the Site or related systems.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or submit false or misleading information;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, our systems, or third-party systems;
  • introduce malware, scrape or harvest data at scale without our consent, or circumvent security;
  • use the Site to send spam, unlawful content, or content that infringes others' rights;
  • reverse engineer or try to extract source code from the Site except where applicable law allows.

5. Intellectual property

The Site and its content (including text, graphics, logos, layouts, and software) are owned by DigiVerse or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print reasonable portions for personal, non-commercial use. You must not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site or its content without our prior written permission, except as allowed by law.

6. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites or services. Those are provided for convenience only. We do not control third-party sites and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms and privacy notices.

7. Information on the Site

We aim to keep information on the Site accurate and up to date, but we do not warrant that all content is complete, current, or error-free. Descriptions of products, services, and programmes are for general information and may change. Nothing on the Site is an offer to sell or a binding commitment unless we say so explicitly and confirm it in a separate agreement.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors or harmful components.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DigiVerse and our directors, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site is limited to the greater of (a) one hundred pounds sterling (£100) or (b) the amounts you have paid us in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim, solely in connection with services we have invoiced to you for that period except where applicable law does not allow such a cap (for example, liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud), in which case those limits do not apply to the extent prohibited.

10. Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify DigiVerse and our affiliates against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law or third-party rights except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or restrict access to the Site if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or if we need to protect the Site, our users, or our systems. We may also stop operating the Site or features at any time.

12. Other agreements

If you enter a separate contract with us (for example, for software, services, or training), those terms govern that relationship and prevail over these Terms where they conflict, for that specific engagement only.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights you have as a consumer to bring proceedings in your country of residence.

14. General

If any part of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

15. Contact

Questions about these Terms: please reach us through our Contact page. For how we handle personal data, see our Privacy Notice.
